Halloween is tomorrow, so to help get you in the spirit of the season, we present to you a bicyclist dressed as the headless horseman, while playing acoustic guitar!
Matthew Dunkle is the man trying to get his community into the Halloween spirit. Dunkle has been riding around Concord, Massachusetts dressed up as the headless horseman and it’s not an easy thing to do.
Dunkle told local news station WBZ, “I’m pedaling. I’m going up hills. I’m going down hills. I’m exerting myself. I’m sweating profusely under this costume right now.”
For those that think this might be a side gig for him it’s not. “I don’t get paid to do this,” he says. “I get home from work, I’m tired and I dust myself off and I put on the suit and I go out there and I dig into it.”
Dunkle explained to KLTV, “I’ve always wanted to reach out and build community through my music, and my talent, and my enthusiasm.”
He does plan to retire the costume after Halloween though. So if you are in the Concord area, you can catch him today and tomorrow.
